Refunds only apply to events that have been canceled or have authorized modifications by the Promoter. If a refund is applicable, you will receive a notification at the email associated with your Ticketmaster account.
How will I receive the refund?
Whenever possible, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. In case the automatic refund is not successfully processed, we will contact you to request the bank details of an account associated with the ticket holder to issue a refund via bank transfer.
How long does it take?
Regardless of the payment method used, the average time for the refund to be reflected in each account can be up to 15 business days. If the above period has passed and you still do not see the refund, please contact our Fan Support team to review your case in detail.
What amount will be refunded?
When an authorized refund by the Promoter applies, the ticket price will be reimbursed.
The Service Charge is non-refundable, as it corresponds to the brokerage, processing, and ticket issuing service provided by Ticketmaster.
💡Important: This procedure only applies to tickets purchased through Ticketmaster. If your tickets were provided directly by the Promoter, are an invitation, courtesy, prize, or promotion, any request must be handled directly with the entity that issued them.
