The Virtual Queue is enabled for high-demand events to help manage the flow of visitors accessing the website, ensuring a fair and reliable online experience for all fans.
Between 1 and 30 minutes before tickets go on sale, you'll enter a waiting room with a countdown timer. Fans who join after the sale begins will be placed at the end of the queue based on their arrival time.
Important: To promote a fair ticket sale, the waiting room opening time may vary depending on the event.
Can I leave the queue?
Yes. If you leave the queue, your place will be saved based on the device you're using. Once it's your turn, you'll have 15 minutes to complete your purchase. If you need to continue shopping after your session expires, you'll be assigned a new place at the end of the queue.
Why am I being asked to verify my identity?
Ticketmaster uses verification to help ensure a fair queue experience by protecting the proper assignment of queue positions and significantly reducing automated or mass connections to the queue through third-party websites or bots.
If I'm in the queue, is my ticket guaranteed?
No. Being in the queue does not guarantee you'll be able to purchase tickets. Ticket availability is subject to remaining inventory.
