I forgot my password

If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps:

1. Go to Sign In / Register.
2. Click Forgot your password?
3. Enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Follow the instructions you'll receive by email to reset your password.

⏱ Important: It may take up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive.

If you weren't able to reset your password using the steps above, we'll help you verify your identity manually.

Please send us the following information through our Contact Form:

1. 📸 A clear photo of your identification document. Make sure the following details are clearly visible:
   • Full name
   • Identification number (National ID / Passport / Other)
   • Issue and expiration dates
2. 🤳 A selfie holding your identification document. Hold the document at chin level and make sure both your face and the document are clearly visible.
3. 📱 The phone number registered with your Ticketmaster account. We'll send you a 6-digit verification code via WhatsApp or SMS, which you'll need to provide to our Customer Support representative.
4. 📧 The email address registered with your account. Please contact us using the same email address associated with your Ticketmaster account.
